Wow, so 2024 is over and you’re already tired of seeing sweaty backsides in the gym in January That's where your secret New Year resolution comes in.

Now like every other New Year's resolution there are no guarantees that I'm going to be the one you write about in your secret journal but I am sure as heck going to try. For starters, I've done this before and successfully. That's not to say I'm promiscuous (irony much?) but rather to say I'm not going to ghost you or have cold feet 3 minutes before our first meeting.
