I don't know what that prize will be, but I know for a fact that none of you will ever be able to guess it. If you had a million years and 50 monkeys locked in a room typing away at computers, you'd never get it. I think you'd have a higher chance at Powerball.

I read through many of the posts on here and I noticed a few themes where I run against the current, so I'll just point those out now so you can more easily filter me out if you prefer those common criteria:

- I don't have a show I follow. Sorry. Well, I take that back. I did watch the Rings of Power series on Amazon because my daughter wanted to and I watched it with her. I'm a sucker for doing things my kids like where they want me to tag along. But other than that, none of it. I'm not sheltered. I kind of know generally what's going on with the most popular ones, and if you want to tell me all about your favorite one, I'll certainly listen. If you make a really convincing argument, I could probably be talked into something, but for now, not really something I seek out.

- I love music. But if you ask me my top 5 favorite artists or song, you'll get a deer in the headlight look. I listen to all kinds of stuff. A few weeks ago I was getting into Cantata's and chorale music. Other days it's classic rock. Today it might be Post Malone. But I don't have music lists.

- Same with movies. Lots of movies I like, but no top 5 lists.

- This place has LOTS of east coasters. I'm in California. I'll take your message and I'll play ball, but time zones will be rough.

- As much as I feel bad that you are 23 years old and already in a dead bedroom, somehow when your posts says you are a pent up sex crazed monster and your husband just isn't cutting it, you Russian and Chinese bots need to up your game because it's just not passing the sniff test. You'll likely need to be at least 35, probably even over 40 for us to have any connection.

- I'm not a sad sack. I'm not going to endlessly complain to you about my marriage. Are there issues? Sure, but that's no fun to talk about. If you want to complain, I'll gladly listen and be a shoulder to cry on, but I'm not going to be that depressing guy.

Ok, enough of that stuff. As you can guess, I'm married, have kids, and a dog. My interests are many. I love the outdoors and mountains. If I had $10 million I'd build a ranch in the mountains and hang out there most of the time and maybe have some cattle or chickens. Maybe a goat or two. But, even without the goats and chickens, I love to get out and hike and camp and fish. All of it. I've bagged a few peaks, but by no means do I consider myself a mountaineer. I plan to do a multi-day backpacking trip this summer with my daughter. I'd invite you a long, but having a random lady from the internet join us may raise a question or two with the daughter.

I am not a gym rat, but I go 5 days a week with my kids and I like how it makes me feel. I'm not a meat head and won't ever be doing tik tok videos, but I enjoy it. Ask me about the hot springs last week. It's a boring story, but it made me very very happy and now I wish I could live closer to 109 degree water.

Other stuff....I like to watch sports, I enjoy good food, and I don't drink. You can ask me whatever else you want. I'm not weird about personal details. Just ask and there is a 99% chance I'll tell you. I am polite and a gentleman and will exercise decorum with you, but you don't need to do the same. Serious, don't be weird about it or imagine that I've got a bunch of rules, just ask.

Ok, that was probably too long. But I figure you gotta stand out a little.

Oh wait. About you. Yeah..just be cool. I'm not going to put a bunch of requirements out there. Smart, interesting, mutual attraction, blah blah blah.
