Born and raised on an Alabama farm, I traded wrangling cows for wrangling a master’s in occupational therapy—though I’m still highly qualified to deal with stubborn animals (people included). At 35, I’m 6’1”, athletic, bearded, and rocking brown eyes that have seen both southern sunsets and the inside of way too many gyms.
When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me hiking up mountains, throwing around weights for fun, or chasing new adventures wherever my passport takes me. On lazier days, I’m perfecting the art of binge-watching—bonus points if you can recommend a show that’ll have me hooked.
