Do you go days or weeks without ever really feeling seen? Does the sense of isolation ever reach such a crescendo that you find yourself looking for a private place to just let the tears flow? That's my state of mind on more days than I'm comfortable admitting.
I'm looking for the antidote to all that. A person to feel with, to bond with emotionally. Not the two day whirlwind fling followed by a ghosting with nary an explanation. Life is hard, there's no getting around that. I've found the only real bulwark is connectedness.
A thumbnail sketch of me: 43, educated, professional, clean cut, thin and fairly fit. When I have time to myself I'm usually either at the gym or reading. Lover of books, lover of words, lover of good conversation. Biggest turn ons: open mindedness, kindness, a willingness to tumble down rabbit holes with someone, wherever they might lead.
I suppose we're all probably lonely. That's why most of us are here. If you're looking for some small refuge from that, the chance to carve out one little corner of your life where you can feel differently, then perhaps send me a message and see if we hit it off. Who knows, maybe we can build that little pocket together.
