In researching this post I learned that female praying mantises only eat their mate 25% of the time and that male-female pairs typically fought within the first twelve hours of shared containment. The outcome determined if the male was eaten or if they mated.

Let’s maybe not fight until my death or sex but don’t be afraid to bite my head off if I step out of line. I need that level of confidence and caliber of woman whose presence consumes me completely and challenges me to be better.

My “type” is fit, pretty, and really good looking. Someone with a low tolerance for bullshit and understands the value of her attention.

Maybe you put yourself together like it’s a competition, not because it is one, but because you can and it’s really not fair.

Or maybe you have the kind of annoyingly photogenic face that makes everyone think you’re some catfish of a European celebrity.

Or maybe you cut your own hair and wear thrifted clothes but exude “hot girl energy” that could turn burlap to Burberry

You probably have a degree and some nerdy interests along with some not so nerdy ones. I do too. You shouldn’t be afraid of a little absurdity. I mean, we’re here.

I’m a married handsome family dad. I have been partnered a long time. You can usually find me in sweats and a t shirt but I clean up nicely when appropriate. I’m consistent, kind, and self aware. There are some things I take very seriously but that’s a whole other conversation.
