From the outside looking in, I've got a lot going for me. I'm very grateful for my career, my friends, my 2 children and to have carved out a nice living for my family. We've got a wonderful lifestyle, we get to travel and try new things often. We don't fight about money or hating each others in-laws.
And if you don't believe me, all you've got to do is check out my wife's perfectly curated social media feed showing off how "perfect" our family is. She's gorgeous, the kids are smiling, so am I... It all looks so ideal.
But there's a BIG problem... We don't get along 😒 We rarely have a conversation that isn't surface level or doesn't end in an argument. It's exhausting. For both of us.
We've tried counseling, we've tried to "communicate better" but we always seem to end up in the same place. Last week we had a two BLOWOUT fights over the "right" way to fold the towels and regular applesauce vs organic applesauce... Seriously.
Anyways, if you're reading this and you're one of the 1 of 10 women who identify with this post I'd love to hear from you :)
