I’ve been active on here for just over a year and have had some very good experiences, with one in particular lasting for 8 months. However, trying to find that again has been challenging. Just when you think things are going well, a few days, even weeks pass with good conversation and at times, no pictures exchanged because we didn’t feel the need to. Then……..[deleted]. No more chat and back to square one. I get it, we have real world lives and circumstances change, but is it too hard to say goodbye? Anyway, mini rant over.

I’ve been married over 20 years, and have 2 teenagers, but, possibly like yourself, something is missing. Yes, the bedroom could be livelier, but it’s more than that. It’s hard to put a finger on it. The love is there, but just going through the motions of married life with no real passion for it. I’d like to get to know someone, find that energy again that there’s someone out there thinking of me and I’m thinking of them.

I have time to commit to this, while I work full time, my job affords me the availability to chat throughout the day, as well as evenings and weekends. I like to read, mostly fantasy with my favourite author being Peter Brett. If you haven’t read the Demon Cycle books and enjoy fantasy then I highly recommend them 😃. I also try to stay active. It gets harder with age but a little exercise allows me to indulge in chocolate!

I’m 6ft, brown hair, green eyes, I’d say broad shoulders with a little belly I’m still working on; around 95kg/210lbs if that helps, with greying stubble due to a mixture of age and raising kids.

I’m not looking for any kind of looks in particular. I’d like to find someone who can have a conversation without being led at all times, someone with a sense of humour, which can be dark, and if they want to call things to a halt, just say. UK timezone would be ideal just because it makes the chat easier and we can bounce of each other quite quickly rather than wait for hours for one of us to wake up.
