We've made it to Saturday night, I hope you are starting to unwind and relax as well.

Let's start with the boilerplate disclaimers:

• I'm married, you should be as well.
• I'm not looking to change your situation nor my own.
• I'm looking for something long term.
• I'm looking for online only.

And we have made it past the hard part! The rest is easy.

What I want:

• Someone who understands that I won't always have all the time in the world to respond. Work is busy, so most of my free time to chat would be after hours (late at night EST) or sporadically throughout the day. I know that makes it hard to connect, but I know how to make that work.
• Connection beyond just words on a screen. I am very much a person who feels comfortable on the phone. No, it doesn't mean I am going to be asking for your number, but I want someone who is open to talking on voice or sharing voice messages. I'm not shy and I have no problem being on a voice or video call. I find that helps enhance the connection.
• Let the verbal sparring begin! I know everyone says they can be sarcastic, clever, or funny, so bring it on! I love the banter throughout a conversation. I don't take myself too seriously, I have fun, I would like you to feel the same way.
• Age relatively close to mine, I would say 30-45ish. This isn't a set in stone range, but it would be nice if we can find some common ground.
• I understand the importance of physical attraction. I know this is very subjective, but it is still important for both of us to find each other attractive. Ideally sharing a SFW picture early on to see if we click. I appreciate someone who isn't afraid to be themselves and open to exchanging pictures (once we build a comfort level of course). As for me, I am a fairly, if not generically attractive male. Tall, slender/athletic build, with a great smile, devious smirk ;).
• Similar interests. I love sports, music, tv shows, movies, reading, video games, food, pretty the list goes on. So, if you like things too, we're in good shape.
• Chatting outside of just reddit. Reddit is good to break the ice, but when it comes to chatting online I have telegram and discord.
• A fellow parent. Not a deal breaker, but I find it's easy to relate to the crazy schedules and busy weekends.
• This is not my first rodeo, I've learned lessons along the way, and I know what I want and not afraid to say it.

Here's what I know I don't want:

• I don't want this to turn into a beating up of your spouse venting session, or how much you want to get out of your situation. I am not here to change my situation and I don't want to change your situation. This doesn't mean we can't complain about life together. But ragging on your spouse is a huge turn off... especially early on.
• Ghosting, if you're not feeling it or I'm not feeling it, we're adults here we can just bid each other farewell and best of luck in this world.
