My Christmas was chaotic but good. So much stress and prep and then it's just kind of over. Hours cooking for a short meal and then a long clean up. But nothing can top how happy it makes me to see the kids get excited by their gifts and just enjoying the season in general. They make it totally worth it.
I'm a married dad of two boys. Things aren't great in my relationship which I guess is why I'm posting. A fellow parent would be great so you can relate to the parenting life but I'm definitely open to non-parents as well.
A bit about me: on the east coast. It's freezing and I hate it. I have a challenging and rewarding professional career that I'm currently taking a week break from. I enjoy spending time with my kids, they're my world. I also enjoy being out in nature, hiking, reading, meeting new people, and watching movies and tv. Could use some book and show recommendations.
Let's chat and see where things go. Hope to hear from you!
