That lyric is from one of my favorite bands and it has always resonated with me. So true that it's better to focus on the future rather than the past. If you know what I'm talking about, we're already on the way to creating a spark.
I'm not gonna lie, I cried when I watched their last performance. The song and the band speak volumes of what I'm about. But that person who I was or wanted to be has changed over the years. I think the choice of my life partner took me of course and I'm looking to regain who I was with someone who gets what I'm talking about. Don't get me wrong, I am a happy person. I have a great career, great kids and overall awesome life. Just in a dead marriage and missing some passion and intimate connection.
If you’ve gotten this far let me tell you about me. I'm a 51 year old hockey dad. 6 feet tall, blue eyes with salt and pepper hair. I’m in shape but not ripped. I have two great kids and in a marriage that feels more like a roommate situation. I’ve had a few online relationships and treasure them all, despite the ups and downs.
I’m Canadian if you haven't already guessed in the eastern time zone and open to anyone close to the same timezone.
If any of the above resonates, drop me a line in chat or PM.
