I know, I know…everyone is looking for/wanting someone who can talk anytime, any day but unfortunately that’s not me. I’m not in a devastating marriage where we neglect one another constantly so I just can’t be on my phone 24/7 like some people can no matter how much I’d want to with the right person. With that said, my only availability isn’t just during the work day, but rather it’s sporadic when in “after hours”.

I understand this will make finding someone harder than it already is but I’d rather be up front about expectations than lie only to waste both our time.

Now that that’s out of the way, for the likely one person who has made it this far, a little about me: 39 year old married (obviously) dad with a professional career who has the luxury of working from home. I’m good looking (at least that’s what the people around me who would never hurt my feelings tell me😏) (6’, 185, brn hair, blue eyes, short/trimmed beard, with what I’d call an athletic dad bod, lol). Like everyone else, I’ve got a great sense of humor albeit a bit on the sarcastic side, and can hold a conversation about most anything. I’m in a science profession so I can be a bit “nerdy” at times but who doesn’t like a bit of nerdy every now and then, lol?

I’m hoping to find someone who needs some fun communication each day with another human being who’ll be excited to talk to them, hear about their day, and give them that ever elusive attention they’re not getting at home from their partner. That’s why we’re here, right? We’re all lacking the attention we want and need from our SO.

Anyway, I hate talking a bunch about myself in a post like this because I feel pretentious and unoriginal but I’m an open book for anyone who wants to respond and get to know each other the old fashioned way - via actually talking and asking questions. I don’t really have some set list of requirements from you, just that you’re in a similar situation, roughly around my age (just because we’d likely have more in common that way), and are fun/interesting to talk to.
