I’m sitting here on a Wednesday morning, trying to make it through the workday and thinking of what else I need to get done today. It’s nice to have a moment of quiet and space to reflect, and it’s got me wondering—could there be someone out there who can make me smile every time I check my phone? I’m hoping to find that special person who gets me excited to connect, even amid the busyness of work, my kids, and all the stuff that goes along with being an adult.

This isn’t my first time searching for that elusive connection. Like many, I’ve had my share of starts and stops, and a few ghosts along the way. I once really clicked with someone here, but it didn’t last. Still, I remain hopeful and open to exploring the possibility of a meaningful connection, whether online or, eventually, in person.

I work in healthcare research and have been married for over ten years. While my home life is stable, it feels more like sharing space with a good roommate, leaving me craving something deeper. My kids keep me busy—I'm often their family taxi, which I love—but I miss having someone special to share my thoughts, experiences, and dreams with.

With the approaching holiday season, I’m reminded of how much I enjoy the little things—road trips to see the changing leaves, spending quality time with my kids, and savoring everything pumpkin—from spiced lattes to pumpkin pie.

Music is always playing in the background—whether it's upbeat hits or something more mellow, depending on the mood. I’m also into podcasts and enjoy discovering new ones that spark my interest.

I try to stay active with hiking, playing pickleball, and enjoying walks when I can. A little about me: I’m 5'10" with short dark hair, a nice smile with dimples, an average build, and hazel eyes.
