I’ve had some success replying to posts and thought perhaps it’d be worthwhile posting; so, here’s my shot!
My thinking is always a little unorthodox, I like hearing the punchline first and then working my backwards to see if the buildup was worth it; as such, here’s our punchline
The Punchline A late-30s tall, fit and attractive man posts on a subreddit looking for a mistake. A charming, funny and witty lady replies with an intriguing mix of banter, questioning and flirting. The two hit it off and decide to meet < one day> at a discreet speakeasy to indulge in each other’s company with the ever-so-slight chance they they may be recognized by someone there (but probably not)! Oh and a nice bottle of red wine.
The basics: - I’m 38, tall, fit and attractive. Dark features and skin, broad shoulders and chest!
Been married for 8 years with the typical dead-bed situation
I’m successful, passionate and well-educated. Outside of work, I love travelling, cooking and running. But most of all, I enjoy music. <Ask me to curate a playlist for you>
I’m offering passion, time and energy. I’ve found myself with quite a bit of time recently and I can reciprocate any level of commitment! I recognize we all have our own lives as well and I respect that our IRL come first but I do have time for the right person.
Who I’m looking for:
Firstly, someone who is close-ish to EST to make this viable. You don’t have to be in EST but within a couple of hours in either direction is fine.
You’re comfortable in your own skin; you own who you are. I find that attractive. Ideally, you’re conscious of being healthy. I’m not expecting a model but caring about health is hot!
You’re funny, sociable and witty. You enjoy banter, conversations and mix in a bit of realism.
Lastly, a probably most importantly, you’re passionate about something. It could be anything. Tell me about your favourite things to nerd out about; perhaps your favourite cuisine/restaurant/music? Or better yet, something you find controversial yet true?
If you’re interested, send me a message and let’s be each other’s next mistake?
