I've had long term affairs before. Chance meetings at majestic locales such as Neighborhood Wal-Mart or the tire pressure machine outside a gas station. UNESCO certification pending. But they lasted and ended graciously.

As for an online affair, I've mostly encountered ambivalence, deception and more ghosts than the Catacombs of Paris. And the ones that worked, flamed out too early. Vibes were too Lady Chatterley and not enough Jane Eyre.
