I have always thought that the intensity of the messages is one of the best things when you meet someone through here. But I believe it might also be why it ultimately fails and we land back here.

If you’ve any semblance of a home life, career and other things going on in life it can be hard to maintain the pace of those first few weeks. Then you start to wonder if the interest is still there. Ultimately, real life wins.

I would love to try something slightly different. I still want to find that connection that is emotionally, intellectually and physically charged, but with less pressure. I love the idea of a daily message, almost like a journal entry, to each other that outlines whatever the hell is on our mind that day. Someone to share the inner thoughts and feelings, the funny stories, and generally just have a place to connect more deeply than just quick fire messages.

I’d love to wake up and read those thoughts you’ve put down. Or sneak off to write to you in the evening. I want to have the anticipation of having the one piece of mail come in each day. Of course we can chat at other times if it works, but I want this to be the central theme.

I’m a 35 year old Englishman that lives in Toronto (EST). I’m married with two kids and my life is quite settled.
