I am working my way through everything available to me. Here are something things I am trying: reducing caffeine intake, playing guitar, cardio regularly, weights regularly, long walks on the beach, playing with my dog, eating healthy, cutting down on alcohol, limiting social media, and sporadic meditation. And yet I find myself stressed out like an olympic curler throwing the hammer.
I'm looking for someone to chat with casually. Preferably someone that is educated, a good listener, and has somehow managed to shepherd their ducks so they are all in a row. Must be married and it'd be nice if you have a child. Also a nice-to-have: you take care of yourself, physically and mentally.
I'm well-educated and I have a flexible job. I'm married and have a child. I like learning and do a lot of it, either online or through in-person classes. I'm a great listener and offer great advice, if that's something you're looking for. I'd like to chat here but move to Telegram, but that's not a deal-breaker either. I'm not sure if I want to develop feelings, but I'm not opposed it if it feels right. Did I forget anything? Probably. I'm very forgetful.
