Life is full of pain and suffering. It’s full of lulls and angst. There are too many to-do’s and not enough peak experiences. Is it so much to hope for a shining ray of light in an otherwise utterly mundane existence.

About me- I personally like tomato soup with my grilled cheese. At least a slice or two of tomato as well. Also, it’s important to put cheese on each side of the tomato, so it gets melted into the sandwich. I’m not a fan of using mayo to get that crispy edge… sometimes I cook it dry in the non-stick pan. That way I can fool myself thinking that grilled-cheese is “healthy”.
About you- well read is a must. Also I prefer opinionated partners. Please argue with me about your preferred method of preparing a grilled cheese sandwich. From bread, to variety of cheese, to even whether or not tomato is optional— bring it all. I’m ready to rumble.
