Greetings fellow misanthropes-
I hope this posting finds you well.
I am not sure why I am here other than all the cliches. It’s hard to be a walking cliche of burgeoning middle age and angst isn’t it? It’s painful to wake up every day without a carrot, only the stick of monotony to drive us ever forward. Sure, let’s get butterflies. Let’s share hidden selfish smiles and satisfaction.
But let’s also accept the other as they truly are.
So many of us here find ourselves plumbing the depths of the underbelly of Reddit in order to be truly seen and appreciated for who we are and what we offer. Because the todo lists of life have replaced passion. Because the insurmountable tasks of making a life rob it of its contours and meaning.
What I am looking for- a partner who knows who she is and what she wants. Who is direct and not afraid to say what she means. Games are for children. And while play is appreciated, mind reading is not. I’m here for a woman who wants to be celebrated, teased, and more than anything wants to find light and joy in an otherwise utterly mundane existence.
What do I offer? Other than my sparkling intellect? lol. I am witty, thoughtful, and looking to be challenged and challenge in return. I’m a powerfully built man, full of charm and life. I am deeply caring and will be forthright and clear in my offerings and communication.
So if you’re sassy, smart and don’t mind the same… you know what to do.
