I don't know if anyone can relate to this, but so often I feel like I have the perfect post on the tip of my tongue but I just can't seem to articulate it. Instead it comes out as this clichéd jumble of ideas that doesn't get my point across at all the way I intended.

So of course... here I am trying and probably failing again to write the perfect post!

Maybe I find it hard to explain what I'm looking for because it isn't as black and white as some situations seem to be.

Am I in a dead bedroom? Not exactly, but I am missing that sense of adventure and kink.

Is my marriage an emotional wasteland? Not exactly, but I am missing the deeper emotional connection and someone I can talk to about anything.

Am I just bored and looking to pass the time? Also not exactly, but I'm sure there's some element of that in play. I do have kids so maybe bored isn't the right word, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't looking for fun and stimulation.

So I guess you could say that I'm 50% cake eater and 50% needing to fill some voids that my marriage is missing. Odds are we won't get along if you're completely at either end of the spectrum, but if you fall somewhere in the middle like me then maybe this resonates with you a bit and you'd like to say hi (but please, do say more than just hi).

I am in MST so please be in North America for time zone purposes. As for age, I tend to prefer a bit younger than myself, so please be within or close to the range of 25-35.

Finally, a little bit about me. I’m married, have two young kids and a dog. I have a professional/office based job and am available to chat pretty often. I want to be able to talk to you about the book I’m reading, that new band I just discovered (seems to be more rare the older I get), the funny meme I just found on Reddit, or whatever else happens to be going on in our lives!
