That’s the goal, right!? Finding someone to ditch this place. Here is the thing though, we are not going to leave with just anyone. I’ve done the “well I guess that works” enough in my life, I won’t do that here, neither should you! I want to find that person who feels the same, they are worth it and they are just exhausted with the process.

I’m not going to bring out the interrogation light, questions like “tell me something you are passionate about” make me WANT TO DIE. I want something fun, easy, organic seems to be the new phrase around here. Can’t we just chat? Swap a photo of our pets, have a few laughs, talk about our day. The list of things people want to know right away is like a background check 😂 I promise, we will get there, but if your idea of good conversation is twenty questions, this won’t work.

So we just chat about things that come up as we go, novel, I know! At some point we will even swap photos, GASP. I’m sure you want to make sure I have all of my teeth (I do), hair (CHECK), and don’t find me horribly offensive, right? Same! I love to see who I am talking to, if the attraction isn’t there we are just good friends, you know?

As for me, I’m CST, fluent in sending amazing GIF’s, lover of books, collecting tchotchkes everywhere I go, and trying new things. I’m not a gym rat, but a large shirt fits me perfectly. I have a few tattoos, all have meaning. I’m a father, have the world’s cutest dog, and wind down with trashy reality TV and seltzers.

I am not a morning person, if sleep was an Olympic sport, I’d win gold. I drag myself out of bed and make it to work (I love my job!), but it takes me a solid few to get going. I’m confident in who I am, I feel better at 45 than I did in my 30’s.

You? Just relate to the above. Be the person who people wouldn’t expect to be here. Confident, fun, and willing to actually get to know me. I want to get to know you as well, all of you. Have time for this! We all have lives, but the occasional message feels like a check in, a chore. I have time and I want to be able to share my days with someone. Random photos, voice notes, all the fun stuff.

I’d love to find a place where we can both just be ourselves with one another. Where we can share anything and everything. Maybe you find that appealing as well. So get in, let’s leave OA.
