I keep wondering if I will ever have much success here but I keep trying so can’t say I’m not persistent and resilient!
I feel like most of the connections you find here fade so quickly and I don’t understand that, not sure if it’s the options that are readily available or the unrealistic expectations of finding the perfect someone and thinking you can find someone better than who you already are talking too but I am hopeful I can find someone to change that.
You: I just want a normal, real and authentic you. Someone who isn’t trying to be someone there not just because I say I like this or that. Physically my type is Hispanic/Caucasian, over 30, takes good care of themselves, has a sense of humor, someone sweet, genuine, and down to earth, likes the finer things in life, preferably someone who is a similar home situation as me (not great) and definitely has kids!
Me: I am a father of 2 young kiddos, business owner, and have two rescue puppies. I love to play golf and workout 5x a week. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and was a former collegiate athlete. I am a social butterfly and pretty extroverted but hate carrying the conversation all the time. I don’t want to feel like I am the only one pouring in effort here. I enjoy cooking and hosting events and parties! I am a huge coffee lover (highly addicted to caffeine), occasional drinker - more so whiskey and bourbon. I spend a lot of time outdoors but also consider myself a homebody - I enjoy sleep lol
