Maybe you’ve been at the grocery store or little league game or picking up coffee and made eye contact with a handsome stranger, got butterflies and found yourself wondering if he was missing the same things you are. The little spark that gives life its texture. That rush of mutual connection, of feeling seen by someone. The excitement of a conversational adventure.

Yep, that was me. Perhaps you noticed me noticing you? I was trying to be discreet about it, because I’m a Good Guy and all that. But yep, here I am regardless. Hoping for that friend, that flirtationship, that, oh, I dunno,the je ne said quois. I never intended to end up here and I’m guessing you didn’t either. We’re both classy, mature adults that nobody would expect to find here. Not our friends, not our coworkers, and definitely not the other parents on the PTA. Cue the pearl clutching!

Yet here we are, hoping for a special someone to share a good morning and a good night and everything in between. Someone warm and kind and sexy and funny and caring and curious and hopefully a good kisser too because good kissing is a lost art. Someone who knows what it’s like to have a full life but also knows there’s more out there and that life is better if/when they find it.
