I’m a stay at home dad - former teacher - so I have a lot of time to put into this. If we vibe well and are attracted to one another I’d like to move to telegram. There I love doing voice notes - I think it’s a much better way of chatting, getting to know someone, and showing my character (rather than typing).
I’m a rather smart guy that loves intelligent conversation, but I’m also laid back and like to laugh and have a good time. I’d say that I don’t take myself too seriously, but I kind of do. I also take the world pretty seriously - because it’s the world my kids are going to live in.
All this seems like particulars. We don’t need to have the same interests to vibe well and chat. But at the same time it seems required that state my interests. I love to read and learn. I kayak and hike a bunch with my kids. My daughter can paddle the canoe with me and she can man her own kayak. She’s three and a half. I love camping. In the spring I went on a month long RV trip across the country. I love to travel. But I’m also a home body. Go figure
Basically - I like to experience life, but I don’t need to complicate things to make it so I feel like I achieved something. I’m intense but chill.
I live a happy life and I don’t complain about much. But clearly I’m looking for more.
Not looking to change anyone situation.
I don’t have a particular “type,” so please don’t be shy.
