Right up front more than anything else: I am not looking to change situations. I am in a very happy marriage, as far as they go. My bedroom isn't dead and there's only a few things we really fight about.

The thing is? There's just some things you don't get to experience anymore even in the happiest marriage. It's been almost 10 years since I have been with anyone other than my wife, and, having met so young, it's not like I got much of a chance to play the field in the first place outside of high school, which barely counts anyway. It's been years since I've gotten to to meet someone new; since I haven't been sure where things are going.

That's what I'm looking for, is that excitement and dance of the unknown. What kind of chemistry do we have, if any? Will the attraction just click and it leads to something hot and heavy that burns itself out? Will we have a friends vibe where we can just keep each other company throughout the day? Will we be each other's naughty little secret or will we play each other's therapist (don't worry I'm not looking to offload, if anything I miss being someone people can go to to just get things off their chest so if that's all you need go right ahead). In short, I just miss not knowing where things will go, and I have to come here for it because that includes sexually as well.

So just a bit about me: I'm a nerd/outdoorsman hybrid. For every manga I've read, there's a trail I've hiked. For every video game I've played, there's a lake I've fished. Ive made camp and shot at beasts both with a d20 and my own two hands. My friends I've made more recently helped awaked some of my inner jock with liking football and really liking weightlifting (though I'm not going to pretend I'm in great shape or anything, I can just probably bench you now. Yes YOU specifically). I also LOVE to talk music, podcasts, and audiobooks, especially since those are what I can really enjoy at work.

On that note: work and late nights are the only times I really get a chance to talk on here since she can be a little nosey, but don't let that discourage you. I work LONG hours with a long commute so that's 10 hours a day I'm free minimum and lately it's been closer to 11-12 hours there, and she tends to fall asleep way before me so as long as I know not to also pass out nights are usually good too. I'm in CST (GMT-5) To give you an idea what those free hours are.

One last thing to end this novel: privacy and respect are top priority for me here. Share whatever you feel comfortable with and I promise it will never leave my phone, but I won't be pressuring you for anything. As for myself I'm a pretty open book but things like names other than my own first name, pics, and other things that can ID me will be only be shared eventually. I've had bad experiences and heard too many stories of things going sour and getting blown up or just straight up blackmail to feel comfortable releasing it all before we start spending more time together. If you're searching for anything "offline" know that while I might be open to the idea, it's probably not likely to happen unless you're surprisingly close and we find each other so irresistible that it overrides our better judgement.

Edit: I didn't put much about WHO I'm looking for because it's getting to know someone that I'm after! Any age is fine as long as I'm not getting the FBI called on me on the one end, and you think you've still got it on the other, and of course you can hold a conversation!
