An educated working professional with a LOT of the day spent online, without oversight, and looking for someone that might have a similar working situation, that gets a bit lonely, that would like some work time chat to pass the day.
I suppose I was looking for someone that would like to talk about life, share new music or film finds, tell jokes, share some office gossip, philosophy, politics, big ideas, small ideas, dumb shit, etc. Is what I am looking for an "Online Affair"? Probably not in that I am not lacking in emotional support and connection, but it's still fun to chat with someone that would be okay with sharing their life and thoughts.
I am not looking for an in-person meetup, but timewise, if you lived in the U.S., it would probably work out better (I am in Pac. Time). I prefer to use an online chat app of some sort (Google Chat, Slack, or whatever worked best for you). I just hate typing on a phone when I have a keyboard in front of me, plus I hate reading "text chat" (yep, I am that old).
