I'm sure I'll get lost in the sea of lonely guys, but here it goes. Might as well just lay everything out now and see what happens.

Like the title says I'm a 31 year old Dad, my child is the most important thing in my life. But I'm stuck in a bad relationship.

My partner and I have been together for 10 years and it's been over for a while. But we've stayed together for our son. I want to see my kid every single day, be a constant in his life and be the best Dad I can be for him. I found out 2 months ago that my partner has been cheating on me. She is stay at home with our son, and I work 55- 60 hours every week so we can pay our bills. I found out that while I'm gone at work she's been talking to a bunch of guys, and confirmed she has had at least one of them over while I'm gone at work. I found out, confronted her and she admitted to it, but isn't willing to end things. So I've been here everyday working, and taking care of our son whenever I'm home, while she mostly ignores me to be on her phone all the time. Our spark and love is gone, but she has nowhere else to live and I want to be there for my son, so this is our new reality.

I miss having someone to talk to and connect with. Someone who actually wants to talk to me and makes some kind of effort to carry a conversation. I want to vibe with someone and talk about our days and tell stupid jokes and memes with. Someone who I can build a deeper connection with. Someone to share secrets and life dreams and deep conversations with. The type of connection where we bring joy and positivity to each other's lives. I'm looking for something real.

More about me: I'm a music nerd, I was in a band and recorded a couple albums and stuff long ago. I love the outdoors, I love hiking and foraging and spending time at the lake in the summer. In the past few years I've discovered I love gardening, and spend many a weekend in the garden with my son. I played sports all growing up, but don't really follow them too closely these days. I'm blondeish with curly hair and blue eyes. I workout 3-4 times a week, but I'm certainly not a Calvin Klein model or anything.

I'm not looking for a particular type or age range; if we vibe that's all that matters.
