I'm a married Dad on the east coast and I'm looking for a friend for casual conversation, attraction, teasing, and maybe the occasional flirt.
I'm 45. I was an athlete as a kid, but after college I lost my way with respect to fitness. A few years ago I rediscovered a love for running and strength training. I'm not really an athlete anymore, but I do an excellent imitation of one.
I like to read. I'd love to swap book reviews with someone, or just be able to drop a random exclamation point when I get to a good part. I'm in a cozy mystery period right now, partly because the weather is cold. When it heats up, I might read something more highbrow. (EDIT: Nah, it's hot but not reading anything highbrow.)
I love to travel. My current situation doesn't allow me to get away much, but if I could live vicariously through someone, swap some stories about exploits near and far I'd be a happy man.
Some disclaimers: I'm not looking to change anyone's situation. I'm happy, just looking to fill some gaps and get a little thrill here and there, and maybe some snappy conversation.
