I haven't been to that restaurant we spoke about before so let's head in that direction and see if we fancy it when we get there. I'm not too hungry either, we could just grab something quick if we figure something better to do. Let's take the scenic route through the park, it's much nicer walking with grass underfoot and the sound of leaves rustling in the wind. Makes me feel like we're not just in this city, but also part of the world, if that makes sense? It's easy to get wrapped up in our own bubbles nowadays and not realise the little things around us....

Okay, yeah, you got me. I'm totally rambling. Better than being silent though, right?

I never actually answered your question from earlier today. Don't worry, I knew you were going to bring it up sooner or later. My not-so-secret admission is that I'm a bit of a nerd. I didn't say it was a bad admission, just that it sometimes has negative connotations! I can assure you my diet consists of more than fizzy drinks and pizza, and I do indeed touch grass from time to time. Although, let's be honest, a weekend surrounded by junk food with a good movie marathon is a pretty great time too. Otherwise, I do watch some sports, mainly football (soccer) and F1, and I enjoy all the normal hobbies of tv shows, films, music, all that stuff.

Sorry, am I walking too quickly? It's actually a little chillier than I was expecting this evening. Say, I know we were considering that restaurant but there's actually a cute cafe just around this corner that is open late. Shall we just grab a coffee and see if they have anything good on the menu tonight? Great.
