I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm also REALLY excited for the other parts; but the talking is how it all begins!

My situation: I'm in a long-term committed relationship that isn't a lot of fun anymore; but I feel stuck in it all the same. No kids, but still holding out hope it'll improve, for some reason.

About me: I'm 32, , I work from home, so I've lots of free time to pay attention to ya! I'm basically a big kid at heart, if you ever get a chance to see my space you'll totally get it. I am 5'7", built for comfort rather than speed, but currently working on that (Hey, chocolate chip cookies are good!) I'm finishing up a masters degree right now, its horrible, please distract me from homework. Special talents include cooking (more baking than anything), talking your ear off about how a certain board game mechanic is the most brilliant or dumb idea ever, and being way too passionate about a certain NFL team. I'd list disc golf, but lets not kid ourselves, nobody would call my aimless flailing of a disc into the woods a 'talent.' I love talking, and if you're able to, I'll probably text you all day. I'm a huge geek, I love board games, sci-fi, fantasy, etc. The amount of cardboard and plastic figurines in my house is probably excessive, but it makes me happy.

Uh, I should probably be more specific. I'm looking for someone that makes me laugh, and that hopefully laughs at my stupid jokes and groans when I tell them the worst puns. A sharp wit, and some cleverness absolutely slays me. I'd love someone that enjoys telling me what they've got going on in life, things that make them happy, etc. A fellow geek would be absolutely top notch, so lovers of sci-fi, fantasy, superheroes, board games, and/or videogames are most definitely appreciated here. I want someone I can be discussing our shared interests with while our clothes are still on!

I'm not putting up any hard boundaries about what happens here. The idealized version of this in my head is a really, really cool friend that likes to get naked when we hang out in addition to whatever else we do. We can take things at a pace that works for the both of us. With me, you're getting dependable attention: good mornings, good nights. I want to know all about you, what makes you smile, what makes you annoyed. I think all of that makes what comes after so, so much more fun.
