I am married but I am lonely. Like, most of the time.
My wife and I are good parents and great friends, but it feels like the connection we had, where we know all the little details of each other's days, is gone. Maybe it never was really there.
I am not looking for a distraction here. I am looking for someone that is looking for a best friend. A partner in crime. Someone we can share all of our secrets with, together. I would love to feel like I am yours, and you are mine. I think that if we could find someone like that for ourselves, the possibilities for what comes next could be endless!
I have a lot of problems with this particular space on reddit, but I don't think it's worth it to complain about it, or get frustrated. I think, when you find someone worth spending all your time and energy on, someone that genuinely wants to be with you, all that hassle is more than worth it. Even in the moment you are writing out yet another post.
So, if you are out there and if you see this... I have a song to share with you. And a funny meme too. I have an idea about something you could make for dinner this weekend or a movie you could watch, that we could talk about after. I have a secret to share with you as well. But first we have to meet.
