Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to view my post. I'm hoping to find someone in my area that is looking for the same thing I am.

I am not looking to leave my situation, and I hope you aren't either. Being neglected in the bedroom has me looking for that physical connection and electric feeling outside of my marriage. There's a book entitled The Five Love Languages, that if you haven't read I highly suggest it, which describes different acts that people require to feel "complete." Obviously mine is the physical intimacy that I now search for. If this is along the same lines as what you are looking for, then please read on.

A little about me.......

I'm 5'10" with salt and pepper hair and blue eyes. I’ve been told by a few acquaintances that I’m ruggedly handsome, with a great smile. I enjoy nature and a few outdoor sports. I also enjoy movies, a few different TV shows, listening to almost every genre of music, playing the occasional video game (adulting comes first blah), reading a good novel (when possible), and of course Reddit :) I work full time, and have children so my free time isn't always as abundant as I would like it to be.

A little about who I am looking for.....

Like my title says I would like someone smart, funny, and pretty. Smart because I want to be able to have conversations about more than one thing. I enjoy great conversation! Funny because I like to laugh. Things in life can be stressful, and everyone needs humor to keep their sanity. And the last part (pretty) is also important, because physical attraction is important just like mental attraction. When I say pretty I don't mean I'm looking for a model. I find myself attracted to all sorts of women, but mostly I'm attracted to confidence!! It's sexy as hell, and gives a woman a certain "glow" about them. So you can be thin, pale, with purple hair, or you can be "thicc," tan, and have blonde hair, or anything in between. I'd hate to have someone not respond because they determine in their mind I must have a certain "type."

I'm looking for someone that is currently in the same situation as me, or the total opposite. Lol I know, I know, at first glance that doesn't make sense..... Hear me out. I would like someone who is in a similar situation because if there is a time when something child related comes up that prevents me from seeing you as planned it would make things easier for you to understand. Having the other person understand this can help prevent negative feelings from forming, and having a friendly ear to listen to the frustration helps as well. Also knowing that you are not looking to leave your situation makes things less problematic for both of us...... On the other hand, being with someone who is younger, with no responsibilities, that can meet whenever, is also a plus in it's own way. Not being the "center" of your world, but being a fun piece of your puzzle sounds great to me. Neither of us are looking to run away together, and we fill a need/desire that makes for a great friendship with unique benefits (a new twist to saying fwb lol).
