Today is an amazing Double Whammy--A Unicorn Day on a Friday!! I have the house all to myself. I can do anything that I want. Watch whatever shows I want. Maybe wear pants...if I want! The silence is deafening... wonderfully, wonderfully deafening.

Overall, I am a contented, normal, married, dad; with a great sense of humor. I take very little seriously, which sometimes gets me in trouble. I am not a complainer--things are good--and I find complaining annoying (I get the irony: complaining about complaining). I am generally a very positive, happy person. I like life, and have no regrets (not even one, not one letter!). Like many people here, though, I miss the spark of someone new--getting to know them and get a little twinge of excitement when I get the new message notification.

I love anything outdoors, and this was one of the most disappointing winter I can remember. However, with spring and summer coming in, hiking, camping, and a little off-roading comes with it. I look forward to beach, camping, hiking, swimming coming up. I try to work out 3-5 times a week—I’m over 40 now, so I look at a milkshake and gain 5 lbs! I also love cooking, especially for other people and watching them enjoy my creation(s). I love my sports--even though my teams are awful right now (hope springs eternal!)

I write for a living so you will get proper use of your/you're; their/there/they're; AND effect/affect. Pretty impressive, huh?
