Any advice for Self Selection?

Just looking for a bit of advice....
Of the possible selections I already have:
-Zombieman -Summer (Legendary )
-Lilly (legendary )
-Super S (Epic )
-Blue Fire (Elite )
-Golden Ball (Epic)
-Beast King (Elite )
-Subterranean King (Epic )
-Phoenix Man (Epic)

Aside from Lilly, would it be better to go for one of the 5 I don't currently have or focus on building up one of the characters I currently have? I was kinda leaning towards CE - Ice Festival but, honestly I'm not too sure.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated =)
