Differences with ONE and Murata's redrawn version: Garou arc.

I'm reading through ONE's version and I'm noticing a difference between the two I think, but I want to be sure. In ONE's version where I'm currently at, Hero Hunt Arc? while in Murata's redrawn version currently, Saitama is entering a tournament, which hasn't happened yet in ONE's version where I'm at. I might need to reread Murata's version again, which I was already planning after reading ONE's version, but I was wondering about this since I got confused.
