we already have the real names of a lot of the s class heroes, so probably all of them will have their name revealed at some point
here is a list of the ones with revealed names
silver fang (bang) atomic samurai (kamikaze) child emperor (izamu) metal knight (bofoi) demon cyborg (genos) zombie man (number 66 if i remember right) flashy flash (flash) drive knight (zero)
and the ones we don't know the names yet are
tornado of terror (a.k.a tatsumaki) watch dog man (???) pig god (???) puripuri prisioner (???) darkshine (???) tank top master (???) blast (???) metal bat (???) king (???)
to me heroes like king, tatsumaki and fubuki i'm so used for them being called like this that i wouldn't mind knowing their real names (it would be cool to know? yeah!) since i'm so used to their heroes names!

with names like Kamikaze, Saitama, Bad, and Bang/Blast/Bomb, I think they might have some of the most normal names in the series, what with them just being things found in nature ;;;
