Battery drain and poor SOT

I've been using my new OP 9 Pro for like a week now, and I'm noticing some very low screen-on-time numbers here, around 4 hours, 3h30 to 5h tops, depending on the usage. I'm on OOS Android 12. I tried some combinations, like dark mode, locking 60hz, disabling some apps' sync etc (always locked on FHD ). Is this an issue? What should I do ?
Should I consider switching to another model/brand ? I don't know if other Android phones have the same SOT numbers (like the Galaxy S21 or the Pixel 6 Pro).
