Charger Port being loose?

I have had my one plus for little over a year now and the warp charger cable that comes with the phone keeps disconnecting at the slightest touch. I have tried other cables and they plug in a little better but still come out with little effort. Does anyone know of any to clean the phone port efficiently or any solutions?
