Help with a tech card.

I’ve been using this deck with a lot of success as of lately. Now my only issue for locals is I only have 3 hinas. And I’d use either one 4cost Kuzan or a Koby. What a more beneficial choice? Or would it be easier to add another kumadori, jabra, or fukaro?
