New to the game and need some help

Hello everyone, I just recently started collecting the cards. I've been buying a few boxes here and there for the past month but want to start playing the game. I want to learn how to play and try out different decks before committing to buying the singles for w/e deck I decide to play. Also, is there a website I can test different decks out and any particular deck that you recommend for a new player? Thank you.
