Every time it was used there was black lightning shown. The only exception would be Ashura which may have not even been aCoC. Or if it was it was on a very low level.
Show a single instance of your first point then buddy. Every punch thrown had black lightning. The only attacks that didn't have black lightning weren't punches or kicks. Such as Luffy using Kaidou as a jump rope which obviously does not require aCoC. Your 2nd point is irrelevant. Every time aCoC was used, black lightning was shown. That doesn't mean every time black lightning is shown that aCoC is being used.
That makes no sense. Luffy freely using aCoC in G5 against Kaidou does not mean Luffy is required to use aCoC in G5 at all times. Where is the correlation? If Kaidou says G2 Luffy is freely using future sight and aCoA would that mean that G2 Luffy is always using future sight and aCoA while in G2? Why would aCoC be related to G5 (which is awakening) in any way? Also when Luffy tapped out of G5 due to exhaustion he never ran out of haki. He restarted his heartbeat and was able to still use haki.
You showed Luffy's opening punches on a distracted Kaidou that wasn't even fighting him. He has no reason to fight seriously at that stage. Especially when he wanted to beat Kaidou fairly without the help of Yamato and Momonosuke. He eggs on Momo to be more confident and then attacks Kaidou while he's focused on Momo. He then tells Momo and Yamato to leave so he can fight Kaidou by himself and proceeds to use aCoC/black lightning for the rest of the fight. There is strong reason to believe that Luffy wasn't using aCoC at this stage as it wasn't even a 1 on 1 fight at this stage. When there are probably over 50 examples of aCoC and black lightning being used together it would take actual strong evidence to suggest that it isn't a consistent indicator. This isn't a strong example as Luffy likely simply wasn't using aCoC.
An example where we can't even see Luffy's fist is useless. How would we see the black lightning on the attack when it is out of frame. Also, a lot of times black lightning is only drawn after contact.
Lastly, Luffy holds back throughout the series. Him holding back on Egghead isn't some sort of new revelation. We seen Zoro have a stand off with Lucci for a dozen chapters and then he easily defeated him the moment he got angry. Why would Zoro hold back when his crew was in danger? Plot.
Are you just ignoring the manga now? Yamato explicitly states Luffy sends her away because Luffy wants to fight Kaidou by himself. Luffy even states to Kaidou that he is an obstacle which he has to overcome. He didn't want to defeat Kaidou through teamwork at that stage. Why do you think Yamato would need to escort Momonosuke if this wasn't the case?
And yes the same Zoro that easily defeated Lucci once he got angry, was obviously not going all out when fighting equally against Lucci for a dozen chapters. Despite his crew being in danger just like Luffy.
What? Prove the claim that aCoC was used throughout Wano in attacks that didn't have black lightning drawn.
What is this meant to prove? I said black lightning is shown every time aCoC was used.
Kaidou said Luffy was using aCoC and awakening that doesn't mean Luffy has to use aCoC to use awakening. This is common sense.
I'm confused. Can you not see the black lightning in the picture you posted?
You showed an attack that didn't land and Luffy's opening attacks on a distracted Kaidou which didn't have aCoC. Once they fought seriously every attack landed had aCoC or black lightning, and this isn't G5 Luffy like you claimed. Also, there are no other examples because black lightning is used throughout their fight.

When was aCoC ever inconsistent in Wano?
