Is it just me or anyone else also finds it strange that Hawkins and Apoo are not in the rank of Tobiroppo? Similar to X Drake, who was a Tobiroppo, both of these are also supernovas, which indicate their power in the series. As the Tobiroppo seem to be comparatively as strong as some stronger members of the SH (Franky and Nico Robin), I just think it kinda weird if Hawkins and Apoo are not as strong, if not stronger, than SH members like Franky and Robin given their status as two of the supernovas along with Luffy, Kid, Law, and Zoro.
