Final enemy?

I was wondering who you guys thought he final enemy will be that the straw hats must overcome? It think the only two real options would be the BB pirates or the WG. Personally I think BB will be the it because Luffy's goal is to be the pirate king and BB is also trying for that, but the WG obviously isn't. However I could also see the straw hats taking down BB, Luffy becoming PK, and then taking on the WG after learning the true history.
What do you guys think? Any other options for the final enemy?
