Should I watch the anime or read the manga as a reread/rewatch?

So last summer I began reading the manga and instantly fell in love. I’ve now been caught up week to week for about a year. I really want to experience getting through a bunch of OP at a time like I did when I binged the series the first time. But don’t know if I should watch the anime or reread the manga.

I’ve seen the anime up through the alabasta arc I believe and maybe a bit into skypeia. I don’t think I was a huge fan of the slow pacing. That’s actually what made me switch over to the manga.

Is it worth sticking with the anime to experience it? Or if I want to re-experience the story should I just go through the manga again?
