I was just reading the thread and was wondering what character we saw deserved much of a better outcome or is just underrated. As for now my pick is between Crocodile and Buggy. The chapters or arcs were good, but for me Luffy at that time had more luck than skill and the story totally underappreciated Crocodile and presented him in a bad spotlight as a warlond compared to Doffy later on. Regarding Buggy, I do not know about you, but I am starting to feel sorry for him. Despite everything he has a similar aura as Luffy, attracting other people to join and follow him, I even believe that he may be there to see or live through the one piece. So, what do you think?
