Hey!

I have an OMTech laser (AF2028-80) coming soon and figure why not start a post to get information on good things to do while setting it up. Or beginner things when it comes to a CO2 laser for first timers.

I started with a diode Laser Master 3 laser, and it did a great job, but I fell in love with lasering and wanted to upgrade after I began selling in larger bulk. I found OMTech and have been saving up some extra cash. This will be my first CO2 laser and any input or recommendations people have would be great to have before it arrives!

Doesn't have to be recommendations directed specifically at me, anything that could potentially help future laser enthusiasts too!
