Reasons for Containment: Ludicrous counts of murder in the first, the second, and the third degrees, destruction of property of the public, arson, terrorism, vehicular manslaughter, and innumerous other crimes against humanity

Bio: Years ago, the man called Marcus Kane was an average man, with average life, and average, but happy, family. He worked as Ice Cream Truck driver, delivering Ice Cream to children throughout Midtown. But, as our singular interview has revealed, [Note: No Further Interviews are to be conducted without MORE than the proper defensive outfitting for class Δ prisoners.] a part of Marcus, the part that would be Sweet Tooth, existed in back of Marcus mind, screaming and raging for Marcus to be letting him out. Eventually, Marcus would succumb to the screams.

Carving and donning a mask of Clown, Marcus fully allowed the alternative personality to become his dominant side. Taking a knife into his hand, "Needles" Kane returned to the house of his family and, swiftly, murdered all of them, save for one. When he went after his daughter, Sophie Kane, he took his time, taunting and torturing her with his words. When he had her in the corner, she fought back, stabbing at her father and fleeing the house.

Needles would be in pursuit of her, following her to hospital psychiatric ward, murdering all in hospital as he ascended to top floor. However, Sophie had managed to once again escape from the man who was her father, a fact which drove Kane further into the madness. He began searching the country for the girl, killing indescriminitely on his path to her.

At some point, he and his Ice Cream Truck instead joined the Twisted Metal Game, a form of somewhat controlled vehicle based murder in which the winner would get a single wish from the games master, Calypso. After slaughtering some hundreds of people on route to victory, Needles would eventually emerge in the victory, and wished for Calypso to reveal the location of Sophie Kane.

En route to murder the girl, The prisoner was captured by Penitentiary of the Multiverse, killing two reclaimers in the process, and promptly locked away.

Containment Procedures: The Prisoner is to be kept away from any and all possible interactions with a human life. In fact, keeping him away from any of the living would be preferable. He is to be placed in maximum security solitary confinement cell of dimmensions 10x10x10. No furnishings are to be provided aside from one toilet with no possible parts that can be used as weapon. He is to be continuously and heavily sedated at all times.

Visitation rights for the prisoner are to be ignored, and anyone intending to interview the patient for reasons other than psychological are to be denied without class И or higher approval. Even with psychological visits, the psychologist is to be in sufficient protective gear, behind window of missile-proof glass, and accompanied by two fully armed penitentiary guards. The Prisoner is to remain fully restrained at any time he is outside of his confinement for any reason.
