Name: Benedict Wigglestein Uno Jr. (AKA Father), of Universe 00270 (Cartoon Net-Verse)

Reasons for Containment: Innumerable counts of crimes against Kid-Kind, mostly acts of terrorism and intent to commit terrorism, as well as five counts of unlawful indoctrination, and one count of attempted global terrorism

Bio: Benedict Wigglestein Uno Jr. and his brother, Montgomery "Monty" Uno, were born in Great Britain under the tyranical rule of their own father, and then global head of adulthood: Benedict Wigglestein Uno Sr., the original "Father" (Now known as "Grandfather"). When his brother stepped up to lead the, ultimately successful, campaign against Father, Ben refused to join, for fear of punishment by father. This same campaign would also lead to the formation of Father's greatest enemy, The 7th Generation of The Kids Next Door.

After the rebellion, Ben took on his own father's mantle, including the title of "Father". Around the same time, he captured the five members of Sector Z. Using his technology (The "Delightfulization Chamber"), he attempted to turn the former KND agents into obedient, perfect children. A Freak accident caused the machine to function at Eleventy-Billion Percent, and ended up with the creation of the Delightful Children from Down the Lane.

With his Delightful Children, Father launched several attacks against the KND, most notably sector V. These attacks included the Aging of Operative Nigel Uno ("Numbah One"), and turning all the Kids Next Door into Animals, using their own DNA Code Module, a source of identifying all agents in the KND by their genetic code. When Operative Hoagie Gilligan ("Numbah Two") uploaded Fathers own DNA into the Code Module, turning Father himself into an animal, Numbah Two was able to destory the device turning them into animals.

This would prove problematic, however, when Father exploited the loophole in the KND's world-wide game of tag in electing a new Supreme Leader. Taking advantage of his technical "Agent" status, Father became the supreme leader, and rallied the KND in a campaign to eradicate broccoli. However, this was found to be a ploy to not destroy all broccoli, but to actually increase its production. Despite his best efforts to prevent his overthrow, Operative Rachel Mackenzie ("Numbah 362") took advantage of Father's own hatred of Broccoli to get herself in the position of supreme leader, stopping Father's plot before it truly began.

Father would commit several more smaller crimes, before reemerging in his grandest crime: the returning of power to the villain known as "Grandfather". Though his attempt was successful, Grandfather remained spiteful of his children, and refused to acknowledge his sons success, and began infecting the entire world with his power, turning them into Senior Citizombies. Beaten and Dejected, Father returned to his home while the conflict occured, until he was pulled out by Numbah One, which lead to a fierce and fiery confrontation between the two, which ended when Father lost his will to fight, or for much else afterwards.

When the Grandfather Incident came to an end, Father continued his malicious campaign against the KND, but with not the same success as his previous attempts. He was picked up en-route to one of our facilities, claiming to be hunting after "The Galactic Kids Next Door." He has since been incarcerated.

Sentence: Continual Containment, Monitoring, and Anger Management for an undisclosed period. Currently seeking to make contact with KND Supreme Leader Abigail Lincoln to discuss terms and sentencing

Containment: Father is to be placed in a high priority, high comfort cell of sufficient dimensions. The walls are to be outfitted with at least two inches of fireproof material, with the inner wall lined with Microwavable Popcorn. Guards on duty near Father's cell are to be equipped with KND Standard C.O.N.E.C.A.N.N.O.N., which are to be used liberally in case of attempted Jailbreaks by the prisoner. Other than these precautions, Father is to be allowed normal socialization hours and comforts of a class Z prisoner.
