Reasons for Containment: Multiple counts of murder, unlawful vampirization, kidnapping, and numerous other crimes

Bio: Dio Brando was born to an abusive, hateful father, Dario Brando. When Dario passed away, Dio Brando was brought to live in the house of George Joestar and his son, Jonathan Joestar. Upon his arrival, Dio was immediately cold and ruthless in his attempts to shame and humiliate Jonathan. When Jonathan began to stand up for himself, Dio played it cool and laid low for a time.

Seven years pass, as both Dio and Jonathan attend a prestegious British law school. It is then that Jonathan learns that Dio poisoned his own father, and was currently poisoning George Joestar, in an attempt to take over the Joestar Estate. Dio planned to use the mysterious Stone Mask (Class ז Transformative) to kill George, but soon fines the mask is not a killing device: It turns the wearer into a Vampire. As the police attempt to aprehend Dio, he dons the mask, and is blown out the Joestar estates window, presumably dead.

Dio survived the the gunshots and the fall, however, and quickly returns to attack Jonathan and his family. In the ensuing battle, the Joestar mansion is set ablaze, and Dio is impaled upon a statue, burning down too a mere skeleton. And still, a few days later, he regenerates to full strength. Gathering and turning a number of lesser vampires, Dio again tries to kill Jonathan. In their battle, Dio is decapitated and both Dio Brando and Jonathan Joestar sink to the bottom of the ocean, but Dio manages to take over Jonathan’ body, where he remained for nearly 100 years.

Dio would resurface, with a mysterious stand, after his casket is brought up from the ship wreck. Though Jotaro Kuho and his allies made an effort to take on Dio, Dio was content to let them come to him. Eventually, Jotaro and his allies would reach Dio, though he would make a quick getaway until the sunset. With the Sun down, Dio apprehends Kujo’s Allies, revealing the true power of his stand, “The World”. After killing a pair of Jotaro’s allies, Dio moved on to kill Jotaro himself. Jotaro Kujo, who continually breaks Dio’s leg before it can regenerate, eventually manages to break Dio’s stand, and lay his body to rest in the Sahara, where he was collected.

Containment Protocol: Dio Brando is to be placed within a 12x12x12 Solitary Confinement Chamber. He is not to be interacted with in any way by living sentient beings. He is to be delivered one twelve oz blood transfusion every 36 hours.
