Special Note: Prisoner HCMΘ-2724-U is not too be confused with, or allowed to know of the existence of, Prisoner HCMΔ-2164-IC, despite their similarities in name and motifs.

Reasons for Containment: Excessive counts of Murder, Numerous counts of Property Damage, War Crimes, Terrorism, all crimes attributed to Vlad Tepes III and "Girlycard" of universe 01310

Bio: The History of Vlad Tepes has been recorded throughout history as a warlord, sadist, and tyrant. While all this still holds true, what does not hold true is his eventual reemergence as Alucard, used by Sir Arthur Hellsing to fight Nazi Germany in WWII. His crimes during that time have since been pardoned.

However, he would later reemerge once again, this time too fight a resurgence of Nazi Germany lead by "The General" (Prisoner HCMΓ-2723-X). During such a time, Alucard single-handedly ended the livelihoods of several of our other prospective prisoners (Namely, Prisoner HLMΓ-2725-X, Tublacain Alhambra, and Prisoner HCFΓ-2726-X, Rip Van Winkle), As well as several thousand soldiers of the Nazi Army and our allies in Vatican Section 11, Iscariot Organization. It was believed that during this time, Prisoner HCMΘ-2724-U was killed, but this belief was dashed with his sudden reappearance thirty years afterwards. He remains one of our most elusive targets.

Sentence: 10 Life Times.

Special Capture Protocol: Only specifically human Nexus Personnel are too be used for capture of Subject: Alucard. One Iscariot member is too be included for each Nexus member on a scouting party. Specifically Christian-Holy Weapons of class ד or higher are too be used to incapacitate. One Tier H or above Psychic is also too be utilized in keeping the prisoner from realizing his ability to will himself away.

Containment: Prisoner HCMΘ-2724-IC is to be kept in a solid missile-proof glass box in the sublevels of facility M. Access to his cell block and knowledge of what is kept in this "Dungeon" is to be closely monitored so as not to allow for information on this "Secret Weapon" to reach the ears of those outside the penitentiary. Do to an agreement between myself, the Hellsing Organization, and the prisoner himself, he is to be allowed leaves as part of Task Force Black Activity, and only then. The prisoner requires no food or any sort sustanence, so none will be provided for him except on "Special Occasions". While within his cell, psychoactive countermeasures are to be in place to prevent Alucard from existing in a seprate location, as such an outbreak could cause crippling loss of Facility Assets.

The prisoner himself is to be kept under constant and exacting surveillance at all times. Access to the Prisoners containment is too be requested at least two weeks in advance, and in going Nexus Operatives must be outfitted with heavy duty protective gears, as well as armed with stunning weapons. Nexus Agent N-HCFZ-2720-Ђ (Victoria, Seras) is too be charged with the prisoners well being and upkeep. Any Class H Psychic Prisoners are too be offered reduced sentences to assure the Prisoner is Unaware of the existence of outside areas of high population. Future outbreaks of Prisoner HCMΘ-2724-IC are too be treated as class 5 incidents.

Addendum: Any Nexus Personnel who are killed in a facility containing Prisoner HCMΘ-2724-IC are too be cleared entirely of any trace of Blood. In addition, should Prisoner Claim to "Release Restraint", the sublevels of Facility M are too be shut down, and all active field agents are too be called to quell any insurrection that occurs as a result of this. The exception to this is "Release Restraint Level 0" which should also be met with the heavy use of Iscariot Organization, and any Class H or above Paroled Prisoners in the area.
