Yes having a well paying job makes this easier. We make weekly and monthly bonuses which is what pays for my crack, I mean comic habit

I spent $80 on it. I refuse to ever spend more then cover price for a book. I just keep looking till I get lucky
I actually did buy new shelves because of this month. 2 new Billy shelves
I usually read 2-4 a week depending on size but this might be beyond me reading in a month.
My job has a lot of down time 😂. As I’m sitting here now looking at my phone answering people on Reddit.

Oh man… that is tough… Venominbus volume 1 has a special place in my heart since I read most of those singles in the grocery store when I was a kid. Hickmans fantastic four was stellar. Deadpool by way is a personal favorite. The latest Moonknight Omni was amazing minus the last 3 issues
Xallax is most peoples go to. I like my Billy shelves because I can put more books on one for a lesser price then if I went kallax. My shelves do sag a bit in the middle but it doesn’t bother me. At the end of the day it boils down to space, how many books are you realistically buying and does sag bother you.
I am very fortunate for my job. I won’t lie it provides me with a good life
In the morning for about 2 hours, 2 hours mid day and about 2-3 hours before bed. On average about 6 hours of read time on a work day
Without giving away my company I oversee people who run financial departments for my company. Basically a financial corporate sellout at this point in my life. As long as everyone does their jobs I receive weekly and monthly bonus’s that help fuel purchases such as this. There has been days where I’ve sat at my desk and read a book for 10 hours because nothing exciting was going on.
Both were purchased from Facebook market place. Got both for under cover which makes me happy

Keep checking Facebook and eBay. That’s how I get the mass majority of my oop stuff. That and I check out lcs in various areas within a reasonable driving distance for others. It exists in the wild for a decent proce

Yeah I don’t watch much tv anymore. Part of that is our kids. We want them to engage in more reading so we read a lot together to keep it exciting

The volumes were acquired over the course of a month. Close to half of these volumes have already been read.
I had to do some readjusting recently but that first shelf was full till last month and is about 3 years old. shelves
Believe it or not I got uncanny X-Force for $100. It was $120 with the shipping.
I kept finding solid deals on books I had been looking for. Like the two carnage books, new avengers and infinity war. And with how good the deals were I couldn’t let them go.
I have had the large ones for years. They sag a bit but honestly never had an issue. I don’t know if I’m lucky or what
It was the last one I needed in the trilogy. I didn’t think I was going to have luck getting it

There’s no need for negativity. All hauls are great no matter if it’s a single tpb or a dumb stack of books like mine. My kids and wife all read these as well. And we can afford to purchase these and have our entire household enjoy them. Makes the purchase worth it in my eyes
So that depends. Right now I’m back and forth between 3 different books. But if the story is stellar I’ll knock out just the one book.
I’ve been really considering 100 bullets since volume 2 just came out. I’ve heard stellar things about it

Haha yeahhhhhh I went a bit overboard but found a lot I was looking for at good deals and the Amazon and target sales helped

Some of it was the target and Amazon sales. A lot is I’m fortunate with my job. And the major part is finding ways to hide how much I’m spending from my wife so she doesn’t murder me in my sleep
